Last updated: May 30, 2026

Privacy-First Commitment

Welcome to Scanner Flow, developed by Xylem Apps. We build applications with a strong commitment to individual privacy and transparency. Your trust is our highest priority, which is why we have engineered Scanner Flow to operate under a strict privacy-first, local-only architectural design.

All processing, document generation, compression, and styling occur exclusively on your local device. We never collect, upload, store, or transmit your documents to external servers or cloud services.

How Your Data is Handled

1

Scanned Documents & PDFs

All page images and exported PDFs are saved directly to your device's local storage. Nothing is sent elsewhere.

2

Metadata & Settings

Document names, timestamps, and settings are maintained strictly in a local private database on your device.

3

Signatures & Watermarks

Any signatures, highlights, or watermarks are converted into local files stored in your device's protected storage.

On-Device Processing

Scanner Flow uses advanced machine learning for edge detection and image enhancement. All models are loaded and run 100% locally on your device. No document images, camera frames, or scan data is ever sent to any third party.

Your privacy is built into every line of code.
